2) All returns and/or exchanges must be requested within 7 days.  Item(s) must be in the same condition as sold (unused and unopened).

3) Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be received by us within 15 days of receipt.

4) Shipping & handling fees are non refundable.

5) To return or exchange any item, send an email to help@mottsps.com to obtain a Return Approval number.  We will respond within 24 business hours.

6) Our return address is 1925 S. Main Street, Salisbury NC 28144.  To help us process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We also recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection.
